The Simple Power of the Smile

smile therapy Wouldn't you like to commit your time to improving your health and doing it in an easy way? Well we have one simple technique and all it takes is a smile!

Smiling is often overlooked as a simplistic action, however, it is a very powerful tool to improving your health. By simply putting a smile on your face, your mood changes to a more uplifted state.

Don't believe me? Well test it for yourself with one of the following methods:

  1. Put a smile on your face and look around the room - or-
  2. Put a smile on your face and say hello to someone right now - or -
  3. Put a smile on your face and laugh - or -
  4. Put a smile on your face and reread the entire article

Did you notice an improvement in your mood? I did and I am sure you will too. If you didn't initially, try it a couple of times. You may need a little more help getting in tune with how you feel.

How this works

The more that you can maintain an improved mood, the more you will improve your health.  This is due to the fact that you are offering less resistance to higher source energy when you are in an elevated state or mood.  You have essentially raised your vibration and are "smiling" your way into better health.  Did you know that it could be this easy?

Another way of putting this, is that when you smile you are allowing health, which is your natural state, to be brought into your reality. It is a simple law of attraction principle that you can have fun doing.  There are many other fun ways to get into a good feeling mood as well.

Remember, getting into a healthier state is a steady, upward movement on the vibrational scale, so be patient.

You know I actually felt a difference when I took the time to notice how smiling made me feel. I guess I never really thought about it. Now I am more observant of it. I had to close my eyes and shift my focus inward in order to notice the difference in the beginning. :)
