My Vision
My name is Shawngela Pierce and I turned 40-years-old this year (2013)! Yes, 40! This picture was taken when I was 38 and yes I still look the same. I attribute my youthful appearance and good health to my lifestyle choices. My lifestyle choices include a regular meditation practice and a continued focus on raising my vibration. These two pivotal pieces I have incorporated into my life have changed who I am as a person. As a result, it is my vision to bring the gifts I have received from meditation to the world. It has transformed my life and I know that it can transform yours.
Let me be honest though, it has been a challenging path but one of which I am proud. Meditation has opened my heart and now I can truly say that I am happy. It is a happiness that comes from within me.
