Cancellation Policy

The following are Seek Within You's cancellation policies. Before purchasing, it is your responsibility to make sure you understand the policies related to your purchase. These policies apply when you make a purchase - deposit, or full payment.

Retreat Cancellation Policy

Deposits

  • All retreat deposits are non-refundable.
  • If your retreat is paid in full, 16% of the balance (deposit fee) is non-refundable.

Remaining Balance

  • The remaining balance is the amount paid minus the 16% deposit.
  • A full refund of the remaining balance is available up to 30 days before your retreat start date.
  • If you cancel 0-29 days before your retreat start date, the remaining balance is not refundable, however, you have a couple of options. 
    • You can reschedule for another date. You are only allowed to reschedule once, after that your remaining balance is forfeited and not refundable.  There is a $300 administration fee to reschedule your retreat. The fee is due 3 weeks before the start of your new dates. 
    • You can use your remaining balance towards other services or products offered at Seek Within You - private coaching, a different retreat, our Spiritual Power Program, Spiritual Workshops, and/or our online store. 

Spiritual Workshop Cancellation Policy

  • All spiritual workshops are non-refundable, however, you have a couple of options:
    • Reschedule for another workshop
    • Use your balance towards any of the services or products offered at Seek Within You - private coaching, a retreat, our Spiritual Power Program, Spiritual Workshops, and/or our online store.

Spiritual Power Program Cancellation Policy

Your purchase of our Spiritual Power Program indicates your commitment to participate in the process and follow through to its conclusion. However, we also understand that unexpected events can happen. In addition to the general guidelines outlined below, refunds and cancellations will be considered on an individual basis, at the discretion of Seek Within You. We ask the Client to be committed and faithful, and we commit to offering grace when needed.

Deposits

  • All Spiritual Power Program deposits are non-refundable. The deposit is 16% of the full amount. If you paid in full, the deposit is 16% of the discounted rate. 

Remaining Balance

  • The remaining balance is the amount paid minus the 16% deposit.
  • 100% of the remaining balance is refundable if we have not started any sessions.
  • Once the Client has started sessions, the remaining balance will be refundable minus the time the client has attended sessions. This amount will be determined by Seek Within You based on what services have been provided.
