Some days of your meditation practice are more progressive than others. For instance, there are days you really feel like you are making great progress. On days that seem less so, just trust and know that you are still benefiting from the practice.  Continue on and remember the art of letting go without judgment. Let go of any judgements in your head that are suggesting you are doing something wrong and allow yourself to relax.  Here are two suggestions on how you can do this: (1) imagine your thoughts as a cloud and see the thoughts float away in the air; or (2) just notice your thoughts and then return to your activity. Alternatively, you can switch your attention to raising your vibration and feeling good.

Adopt the pace of nature: her secret is patience.
― Ralph Waldo Emerson

Have patience with all things, but chiefly have patience with yourself. Do not lose courage in considering your own imperfections but instantly set about remedying them - every day begin the task anew.” – Saint Frances de Sale
