The only true step to happiness is the nurturing of it from within. When you tend to your own inner garden and uproot the weeds, you nourish and feed your true happiness. This uprooting occurs in a place from within so seek within to find it. Learn to meditate and bring forth the true happiness that is available to all, if you choose it to be.

When you meditate, you let go and allow higher vibrations to enter. You literally shake off the lower vibrations of fear, hatred, anger, etc.

This is due to several reasons:

  • As you meditate, the chaotic/negative/low vibrational thoughts in your mind start and continue to diminish over time. The mind-body connection is an important concept to remember. Your thoughts are affecting your health. You can look at it from a Law of Attraction perspective or you can look at it from a purely scientific/medical perspective of stress. Negative thoughts cause stress hormones to be released, which results in a detrimental effect on the body. You start to suffer physically, emotionally as well as spiritually. If you allow the stress to become long-term, then the “abuse” to the body becomes more “solidified” or better put a dis-ease. From a Law of Attraction perspective, when you are out of alignment of your true essence and/or of what you are creating, you feel bad. The feeling bad, can be physical, emotional or spiritual in nature. When you feel bad, that is the communication from your inner self, telling you that you are out of alignment. When you feel bad, you are restricting the natural energy that flows through the body. For instance, let’s arbitrarily assign your natural state of health at 100. That means that at 100, the fullest amount of high vibrational energy is flowing through the body. When you feel bad, your energy flow is less than 50, which means, there is a restricted flow or blockage of high vibrational energy. The higher vibrational energy that should be flowing through, literally gets “stuck” in the body and cannot move. As a result, if you continue to feel bad, more and more of this energy accumulates in this blocked area. As this happens, the energy eventually conglomerates into a physical presence or state. This you call a dis-ease.
  • As you meditate, and open up your energy channels as we briefly touched upon before, you allow higher source energy to flow through your body. This higher source energy, is the energy that is more in alignment with your higher self. As this occurs, the lower vibrations can no longer exist in that environment. As a result, you feel more joy, more security, more safe, more confident. Overall, you start to feel better. As you start to feel better, you start to attract things of similar vibration into your reality. This can cause a ripple effect of even more good feeling vibrations to be attracted to you. As a result, you raise your vibration, more and more.

As you can see, when you meditate, you are nurturing your true happiness. You are nurturing your soul. You are literally uprooting all that does not serve you, and allowing your garden to flourish. You literally, raise your vibration to true happiness.
