Law of Attraction Weekly Thought 12

Constant worry is a sign of lack of trust in a situation - whatever that situation may be. When you are worried, you are holding yourself in a low vibratory state. This is the same as saying that you are resisting and not allowing whatever it is that you truly desire. What you desire it at a higher vibration, and in order to get there you must raise your vibration to that level. Being in a state of worry, will not get you to a higher state.

The energy of worry also reverberates in the universe and produces more things in which to be worried. This is how the law of attraction works. We live in a matching vibrational universe and as such, the low vibration of worry will bring to you people, places, situations, etc. that are also at that same low vibration. Again, this keeps you in a “holding pattern” and doesn’t allow you to attract what you really want to attract into your life. Instead, you attract the opposite.

One quick tip that you can use when you are worried, is to take a moment and do a body scan. Get in touch with how the energy of worry feels in your body. Trust me, it will not feel good. Whether it is a physical or emotional feeling; it will feel bad. This is a sign of your misalignment. This is a sign that you are not a vibrational match to what you want to attract in your life. Remember, what you want to attract is at a higher vibration. When you are misaligned, you are resisting.

Once you begin to become familiar with how your thoughts are making you feel, then you can take steps to raise your vibration. If, however, you remain disconnected to how your thoughts are putting you into a state of misalignment, then you are missing a big piece of consciously creating with the law of attraction. Not understanding the mind-body connection will make manifesting more of a "hit or miss" process. This means you will probably not be able to consistently hold a higher vibration because you won’t quickly recognize when you are out of alignment.
