
Healing is a process and requires patient and diligence to yield the desired results. It also requires continued focus on healing to build momentum in this area. Does this seem like a lot of hard work to you? Well, did you know that you can put this work towards learning “not to do.” Did you know that you can relax into healing? Yes, you can truly relax into a state of health. It involves a process of letting go and allowing higher source energy to enter your body in order that it may relieve you of lower vibrations in your body.
Let me step back a moment and introduce the concept of energy. Everything in the universe is energy, including humans. Energy is all around us and energy is that which makes us. It is energy that provides us with the essential nature of who we are as humans.
Energy can be described in terms of frequencies. There are high frequencies, low frequencies and frequencies between the two extremes. High frequencies are associated with health and healing and low frequencies are associated with disharmony.
A state of high frequency is our normal state, i.e. health is our natural state of being. If there is any disharmony in the body, then it is a result of a lack of higher source energy flow. This lack of higher source energy flow can also be described as a blockage of energy. The blockage is due to a contracted state. Therefore, in order to heal yourself, you must learn to relax the areas that are contracted and are not allowing higher source energy to flow.
Learning to relax requires practice. It is an art that many do not truly understand. Many think of relaxation as a process that only involves the physical state, however, it also involves relaxing your mind and your thoughts.
You relax your mind and your thoughts by learning to either let go of your “contracted” thoughts to relax into a higher state or you have to change your thoughts to thoughts that make you feel better. Thoughts that make you feel better are the thoughts that are of a higher vibration.
