
Raising your vibration is essential to improving your health. In order to heal physically, emotionally and spiritually, you must vibrate at a level of health (feeling good). Getting to that vibration is important, however, maintaining that vibration is just as important. The longer you can vibrate at a healthy level, the more healing will be imparted unto you. When you can both raise your vibration to that of health and maintain your vibration at health, then you will see dramatic results in the improvement of your health.
The trick to maintaining your vibration is to get into the habit of monitoring how you feel. When you monitor how you feel, you can immediately shift to feeling good if you are in a non-good feeling state. The more you practice this, the easier it gets. It is the simple law of attraction.
The way in which you decide to raise and maintain your vibration is an individual choice. Decide on a few that work easily for you. For instance, collect pictures that make you feel happy and create a way to present it. Below is an example of a collection of pictures presented in a form of a video. I added some uplifting music*, and voila, when I watch this, I FEEL GOOD!
