Raise your vibration

 

vibrational-scale-of-healthThink of your health as being on a vibrational scale.  Different aspects of your health (physical, emotional and/or spiritual) are at different areas on the scale.  When your are in optimal flow of energy, which is your natural state, you are at the highest level of the vibrational scale. You can determine, in general, where you are on the scale based on how you feel.  Of course, you must first learn to monitor how you feel. 

 

Based on the vibrational scale of health, you can determine if you are headed in the upward direction, ie  raising your vibration or headed in the opposite direction.  When you feel good, then you are headed in the upward direction.  If there is any disharmony in the body, there is a blockage of flow and you are in a non-good feeling state.  You are therefore, lower on the vibrational scale. In order to improve your health, you have to learn to let go, relax, raise your vibration and observe the world in a mindful state. Learning the process and doing the process takes time and the Meditation for Health Program is the first step into putting it all together. 

 

The process that you take through the program will be based on whether you choose the Personalized | Instructor-guided or the Self-guided program, however, a possible scenario is shown below.

In the first step (Step 1), you set your goals.  Setting goals is important in the process of setting your intention and manifesting what you desire. It keeps you focused and determined to accomplish a goal.

You learn and practice how to focus and mindfulness. The meditation technique taught is wonderful for teaching participants how to observe the world around them in a mindful state. It also teaches one how to focus and how to keep your attention in the moment, ie, being present. In addition to all these benefits, your physical health, emotional health and spiritual health begins to improve.  This is in part due to the fact that you are letting go, relaxing and embracing the moment.

It is an everyday practice step.  In this step, you learn to monitor your feelings and then learn to shift them to feeling good.  In this way, you improve your health and raise your vibration.  You are not monitoring your thoughts, you are only monitoring how you feel. As you can see, learning to master this part also takes time and commitment.  If you are committed to making life-changing habits that will improve your health, then it will be well worth the effort.  In essence, the process involves feeling your way through the vibrational world and learning to keep yourself in a good feeling state, and thereby a healthier state.

Attending a meditation retreat is also available to students.  Attending a meditation retreat will allow you to practice all of the steps with a seasoned meditation instructor as well as build a community with others who have similar interests and goals regarding health.
