Ways to Improve Your Emotional Health
One of the first steps is to get in tune with your body and learn about the signs that your body is giving you. To Keep it Simple, all of the examples above have different names but in a nutshell they make you FEEL BAD. You are in a non-good feeling state when you are anxious, worrying, sad, angry, etc.
Importance of Feeling Good
How you feel affects your health. When you feel good, you are in a vibration of a healthy state. When you are in a non-good feeling state, then you are at a vibration of a non-healthy state. It is as plan and simple as that.
When you feel good, there is decreased resistance to energy flow and your vibration is raised. Continually staying in a higher vibration keeps you in a healthy state and improves your emotional state. You start to FEEL GOOD. You become happy, joyous, peaceful, abundant, confident, relaxed, etc...
When you learn to monitor how you feel, you can keep yourself in a healthy state, physically, emotionally and spiritually.
