Meditation Kneeling Pose
- Kneel with a bench
or use a zafu and zabuton cushion
.
- Relax your body as you kneel and ensure your spine is erect. Tilting your pelvis slightly forward will ensure this.
- Place your hands on your upper thighs with your palms facing upward.
- Relax, smile and have fun.

Note: Remember to keep yourself grounded.
