Do this quick 2-minute breathing meditation for relaxation, raising your vibration and healing. It is also a great way to get into the habit of breathing from the abdomen. When you breathe from the abdomen (abdominal breathing) you optimize energy flow throughout your body. The more energy that flows, the healthier you are.
For this meditation, sit in a chair with your feet placed firmly on the floor. Make sure that your back is erect and comfortable. You can place a pillow underneath your buttocks or place it behind your back in order to make sure that you can keep your back erect. Most importantly make sure that you are comfortable.
When doing the deep breathing exercise, breath from your abdomen. When you inhale, expand your lower abdomen. When you exhale, allow your abdomen to recoil on its own.
