What you will do
Outside in Nature
This is a solo retreat where you can design the days to your desire. You are encouraged to spend as much time outside in nature as possible, unplug, reflect, limit verbal communication, journal, meditate, read, and practice yoga/qigong/walking meditation.
We will give you a guide with meditations, hiking options, Sedona vortex locations, and more. You can use the guides and follow your desires.
Your tiny house also has a small complimentary library, including Shawngela's book - Healing and the Law of Attraction. There are also other supplies, such as native drums, native flutes, and other supplies to help you on your spiritual journey.
Optional Intuitive Guidance
If you prefer a more structured time in Sedona, we can help you design a daily schedule to keep you focused. On the day of your arrival, you will have an intuitive session with a spiritual healer. At the end of the session, you will have your questions answered and an outlined agenda designed just for you and your needs.

Sedona Vortexes
Sedona is best known for its many powerful energy vortexes. A Sedona vortex is believed to be a place of high spiraling spiritual energy where the conditions are perfect for facilitating healing, spiritual awakening, meditation and prayer. They are also believed to be places where energy flows on multiple dimensions.
There are 4 popular vortexes as well as many other powerful vortexes located in the region.
Where you will Stay
You will be camping with your host in nature in our rustic tiny house (6 feet wide by 15 feet long). You will experience the profound healing offered by staying in a more remote location at a campsite 15 minutes from Sedona. Nature is still. Nature is quiet. Nature offers profound insights if you know how to listen. You can choose to spend your time at the campsite or travel to Sedona to visit the vortexes.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Please visit our booking page for the tiny house. There is a minimum of 3 nights stay.
A 16% non-refundable deposit is required to book your dates. The remaining balance is due 3-weeks before the start of the retreat. If you are reserving your retreat within 3 weeks of the start date, the remaining balance will be invoiced the next day.
Reserving your Retreat
A 16% non-refundable deposit is due to reserve your spot. You will be invoiced for the remaining balance, which is due 3 weeks before the start of your retreat. If you book within 3 weeks, your remaining balance will be invoiced immediately.
125 per night
There is a 3-night minimum for accommodations in our tiny house for your silent retreat.
Cancellation Policy
All retreat deposits are non-refundable.
If your retreat is paid in full, 16% of the balance (deposit fee) is non-refundable.
Remaining Balance
The remaining balance is the amount paid minus the 16% deposit.
A full refund of the remaining balance is available up to 30 days before your retreat start date.
If you cancel 0-29 days before your retreat start date, the remaining balance is not refundable, however, you have a couple of options.
You can reschedule for another date. You are only allowed to reschedule once, after that your remaining balance is forfeited and not refundable. There is a $300 administration fee to reschedule your retreat. The fee is due 3 weeks before the start of your new dates.
You can use your remaining balance towards other services or products offered at Seek Within You - private coaching, a different retreat, our Spiritual Power Program, Spiritual Workshops, and/or our online store.
