Our Women's Spiritual Retreat is designed to help you strengthen your connection to the divine so that you can awaken that innate ability. A strong connection will not only awaken your healing powers but will also give you the direct answers you seek. This direct guidance will lead you on a personal journey to discover your life mission, your next step, what is holding you back, and whatever you need to heal spiritually, physically, and emotionally.

This retreat is for women who are beginning or just awakening to their spiritual journey. A Sacred Landscape

Sedona has been long recognized by Native Americans as a sacred landscape. Every year, Sedona draws hundreds of thousands of people from around the world seeking healing, spiritual guidance and transformation.

Sedona Vortexes

Sedona is best known for its many powerful energy vortexes. A Sedona vortex is believed to be a place of high spiraling spiritual energy where the conditions are perfect for facilitating healing, spiritual awakening, meditation and prayer. They are also believed to be places where energy flows on multiple dimensions.

There are 4 major vortexes with many smaller vortexes located in the region.

Camping with the Divine

Camping is an excellent way to deepen your connection to nature. The peace and quiet will allow for a more reflective and healing experience. There will be fewer distractions from modern living. It is a simple way to reconnect to the Divine.

In nature, the Divine speaks loudly if you are open to hearing.

Private Tent

You will have a private tent for yourself with room inside for meditation. The tent will include an air mattress, sleeping bag, yoga mat, and pillow.

Come with an adventurous mind and a willingness to surrender to simplicity and this will be an amazing healing experience.

Community Facilities

There will be an outdoor shower for all to use. There will also be a shared compost toilet.

Weather

The average high for Sedona in April is around 76 degrees. The average low is around 45 degrees. This makes for a nice warm day and cool night with an awakening, blooming desert.

Carpooling

The average high for Sedona in mid-September is around 84 degrees. The average low is around 55 degrees. This makes for a nice warm day and cool night.

Vegan Meals

Your body is your temple for your spirit. We want you to experience a healthy diet that will not only aid in your healing but will also help facilitate a deeper divine communication.

All meals served will be vegan and catered to the needs of the group. You will be sent a survey prior to the retreat so we can devise a menu that accommodates everyone.

Breakfast

A light breakfast consisting of fruits, nuts, yogurt, and juice.

Lunch on your own

Lunch is not provided. This allows you to either fast for lunch or choose your favorite meal. Since we go into town every day, you will have easy access to food. You can also prepare food at the campsite if desired.

Dinner

You will have several options to choose from for the meals such as veggie burgers, lentil soup, chili, hummus, salads, shish kabobs, and other vegan meals.

Sample Itinerary

Every day we will go to a Sedona Vortex as guided by Shawngela's spiritual team. After your activity with Shawngela, you will have personal reflection time activities. We are teaching you to deepen your connection with the Divine so it is essential that you practice this daily.

Personal Reflection Time

Every day you will be guided by the Divine to do additional work to deepen your communication. This could mean traveling to another vortex to meditate or do sacred writing. It could also mean getting guided to get a massage, go hiking, practice sacred drawing, go singing at a sacred site, buy some crystals, or just plain have fun!

- 7:00 am - Light Breakfast
- 7:30 am - Travel to a Sedona Vortex
- 8:30 am - 12:30 pm
  - Spiritual activity at a Vortex. This is an intuitive retreat, so we will listen for divine guidance on what to do. Divine Feminine Power is intuitive. Masculine energy is more structured. (Review the Spiritual Tools section for activities)
  - Review and discuss personal reflection time to offer additional guidance and feedback.

  - Personal Reflection Time
- 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm
  - Dinner and showers
Sunday (22^nd)
- 7:00 am - Light Breakfast
- 7:30 am - Travel to a Sedona Vortex
- 8:30 am - 12:30 pm
  - Spiritual activity at a Vortex.
  - Review personal reflection time to offer additional guidance and feedback.
  - Discuss and review what you will be doing when you return home based on the guidance you have received at the retreat.
- Retreat officially ends at 12:30 pm
- 4 pm - Check-out (You can remain an additional night for an additional fee)

How to Reserve

You can either pay in full or make a deposit to sign up for the retreat. If you make a deposit the final payment is due 3 weeks before the start of the retreat. You can make partial payments until the balance is due if you desire.

There are only 8 spots available for this retreat.

After reservation, you will receive a Welcome Packet with all the information you will need for the trip - including what to bring.

Cancellation Policy

All retreat deposits are non-refundable.

If your retreat is paid in full, 16% of the balance (deposit fee) is non-refundable.

Remaining Balance

The remaining balance is the amount paid minus the 16% deposit.
A full refund of the remaining balance is available up to 30 days before your retreat start date.
If you cancel 0-29 days before your retreat start date, the remaining balance is not refundable, however, you have a couple of options.
- You can reschedule for another date. You are only allowed to reschedule once, after that your remaining balance is forfeited and not refundable. There is a $300 administration fee to reschedule your retreat. The fee is due 3 weeks before the start of your new dates.
- You can use your remaining balance towards other services or products offered at Seek Within You - private coaching, a different retreat, our Spiritual Power Program, Spiritual Workshops, and/or our online store.
