Sedona Vortex Map
Sedona is a highly sought-after spiritual and metaphysical destination because of the many vortexes located in the area. A vortex or vortexes are areas of concentrated energy rising from the earth. Some believe that the vortexes are a portal for celestial and terrestrial spirits. Many also believe that the portal helps to accelerate manifestations because of the decreased "distance" between the physical and the non-physical. When you experience the energy from a vortex, you may feel a range of sensations from a slight tingling on exposed skin, to a swirling vibration emanating from the ground. Most often a vortex is felt by palpable sensations across the nape of the neck and the shoulder blades.
