Everything in my reality is a reflection of what lies within me. If I take the time to really observe this phenomenon, I can start to see the patterns and appreciate the beauty in this creative world. For instance, I know the people I have attracted into my life are a [reflection of my vibrational level](https://www.seekwithinyou.com/blogs/268-law-of-attraction-weekly-thought-74). If I attract people who have a negative attitude and poor health, that is a reflection of me in some way. I can ask myself, why am I attracting these type of people, relationships, situations, etc. I can then use this as a way to grow spiritually and move forward. When I can look at each interaction as a way to observe my vibrational level, then I become an even more powerful creator. I don't have to resist what I have created. I can see the beauty in what is being presented to me. I can then continue to work on raising my vibrational level and have fun/get excited at what is going to start showing up in my life. I have fun by being lighthearted about it. Hmmmm, I wonder what part of me is going to show up today? LOL! How will I handle seeing myself? Will I laugh about it, be grateful for it or get frustrated? Whatever I choose is up to me but regardless of it all, I get to see myself. Maybe today, I will [send love to the situation/person](https://www.seekwithinyou.com/blogs/281-law-of-attraction-weekly-thought-85), which in essence sends it to myself.
