It is more powerful then you can imagine. # Allowing It has the power to move you from an energetic state of resistance, to a higher vibrational state of allowing. As we know from the **law of attraction**, allowing is an important aspect of manifesting what you desire, including health. Allowing means you are letting go and allowing the innate power within you to heal your mind, body and/or spirit. # Level of Attraction Like attracts like. As a result, if you are in a restricted state, whether it be of the mind, body or spirit; you are attracting from that level. This means that what you are attracting in your life is at a lower vibrational level. As a result, it does not support health or a healthy lifestyle. When you are at a raised vibration, you attract from an elevated level of vibration. This means you attract people, situations, environments, etc that support health as well as a healthier lifestyle. # Take the Challenge Take our 30-day laughter meditation challenge! It is only 90-seconds and can have a major effect on shifting you to a healthier state. Enter your email address below and get instructions and your free mp3!
