You can also prepare food at the campsite if desired. ### Dinner You will have several options to choose from for the meals such as veggie burgers, lentil soup, chili, hummus, salads, shish kabobs, and other vegan meals. ## Sample Itinerary Every day we will go to a Sedona Vortex as guided by Shawngela's spiritual team. After your activity with Shawngela, you will have personal reflection time activities. We are teaching you to deepen your connection with a member of your spiritual team so it is essential that you practice this daily. ## Personal Reflection Time Every day you will be guided by the Divine to do additional work to deepen your communication and strengthen your spiritual gifts. This could mean traveling to another vortex to meditate or do sacred writing. It could also mean getting guided to get a massage, go hiking, go visit a sacred site, work with crystals, or just plain have fun! - Wednesday (Day 1) - 4 pm - Check-in - 5 pm Dinner - 6 pm Opening Ceremony - Thursday through Saturday (Day 2 -4) - 7:00 am - Light Breakfast - 7:30 am - Travel to a Sedona Vortex - 8:30 am - 12:30 pm - Spiritual activity at a Vortex. There is a $20 fee for this service. - Arrange for us to pick you up - We offer an option to pick you up at the airport. Our one-way fee is $125. **Getting around Sedona** There are several ways of getting around town if you do not rent a car. Keep in mind that we will be camped outside of town. The remaining balance is due 3-weeks before the start of the retreat.
