Spiritual Health Improvement
Do you find yourself asking questions involving these topics:
- What is your relationship with the world?
- What is your purpose here?
- What is your connection to a higher power/source?
- What is your life about?
- What is your motivation for being here on earth?
- How do you find a sense of inner peace, love and joy?
If you answered yes to these or similar questions, then you are in need of developing a stronger connection with your spirit in order to find the answers to these questions and more. This is called spiritual health improvement. When you have a healthy spiritual connection, there is more peace in your heart and more clear guidance to the answers that you seek. Having a healthy spiritual grounding also gives you a sense of purpose, and a knowingness of who you are.
The answer to these questions and more can be found by going deep within you and connecting to your inner source (inner being). Deep within you, you will find the answers to all your questions and more. You are the only one who can do it and therefore you are the only who should answer those questions. I can guide you, however, my purpose is to guide you to finding your own true power. Once, you do that, my work is done.
Meditation and Spiritual Healing
As you practice meditation, you will begin to learn to notice your feelings. Noticing your feelings is important because these are your guides. In addition to the feelings, as you learn to let go of your conscious thoughts and allow the inner source from within to guide you, your connection to your inner-self will grow stronger and stronger. Your intuition will improve and you will then begin to experience what others call a "claircognizance". It is just a knowing. It is beyond a feeling. It is a knowingness from within.
